Name of artists and institutions recorded on index cards along with their profession, address and other personal details. This is the earliest database compiled by the organisation. Subsequent databases were computerised.
Ten floppy disks of files dealt with by the co-ordinator, and other files kept by the organisation. Includes mainly files from June 1996: letters being sent out, Frontseat, workshops, BASG, funding, finance sub-committee, bulletin, minutes and reports from the Board. Business-size membership cards in the name of the organisation, with details to be filled at the back by members. Compliments slips in the name of the organisation acting as receipt forms. Used tags displaying name label holders - possibly used during workshops, seminar or other group activities.
Personal details of people applying for various positions within the organisation.
Back up copies of early computer files generated by the organisation. Includes workshops, annual reports, seminars, Children of Africa appeal, correspondence, mailing list and grants (as per titles given on each files).
Copies of letter sent out by the organisation's co-ordinator.
Office administration includes hand-written notes; termination of agreement; cash flow; letters from the London Arts board. They relate to the period when the organisation closed down.
